Fix the metal fittings for finxing the rotation detector into the four holes, which located around the center of the metal fittings for motor, by using two M3-6mm-nuts , two M3-nuts and two washers.
Penetrate four M3-6mm-screws through the lower chassis and then fix the metal fittings under the lower chassis.
Fix the ballcaster with the saspention arm by using two M3-10mm-screws.
Fix the hinge with the saspention arm , which was fixed with ballcaster , by using two M3-10mm-screws.
Fix the dumper with lower chassis and saspention arm.
Fix the hinge with lower chassis.
1.5.Fixing the line detector
Fix the line detector into the hole on the lower chassis. Make sure of placing the detector where it can detect the white line correctly.
Insert the spacer and the washer between the line detector and the lower chassis.
1.6.Fixing the touch sensor
Fix the touch sensor into the hole for touch sensor on the lower chassis.
Fix it from upper side of the lower chassis by using two M2-10mm-screws.
1.7.Fixing the MTCB(Motor Contorl Board)
Fix the MTCB(Motor Contorol Board) in the centre of lower chassis by using four M3-16mm-screws.
Insert the 10mm-spacer between the lower chassis and MTCB.
The process of assembling upper chassis
2.1.Fixing the nuts to fix the major boards
The side which has SARAMOMI(?) in the hole on upper chassis is front side.
Fix the four M3-130mm-screws in the hole for fixing CPU board from reverse side.
2.2.Fixing the battery board
Fix the buttery board in the reverse side of upper chassis.
Thread the five 35mm-screws with the buttery board , and then , thread 25mm-spacer with that screws.
After speacer inserton , fix the spacer by using the five M3-nuts.
After fixing , fix the upper chassis from the reverse side.
It is recommended to use the sponges or the tapes as skids if the buttery tend to drop when it moves.
2.3.Fixing the camera
Fix the metal fittings(lower) for cam in front of the upper chassis by using the four M3-6mm-screws.
Fix the cam with the metal fitting(upper) for cam by using a M3-10mm-screw and a M3-nut.
The camera requires you to detach the part for fixing with cam , and also requires to screw the 3mm-diameter hole in the centre of it.
Fix the upper metal fitting for cam and lower one like KO"こ in katakana" shape by using two M3-8mm-screws and two M3-nuts. You must pass the screws from the front.
Fix the super sound sensor with metal fitting for it by using the two M3-2mm-screws and the two M3-nuts.
Insert the 5mm-spacer between the metal fitting for super sound sensor and the super sound sensor.
Fix the metal fitting for super sound sensor into the hole , which located infront of upper chassis , by using the two M3-6mm-screws.
2.5.Fixing the major boards
Pile the major boards onto the M3-130mm-screw , which was attached the 2.1 process.
The order of piling is 15mm-spacer , CPU board , 15mm-spacer , FPGA board ,35mm-spacer , the first layer of "DOTA" board , 25mm-spacer , the second layer of"DOTA" board , 10mm-spacer , M3-nut.
Connect the CPU board and PC104 connector of FPGA board , and place the PC104 connector in front.
2.6.Fixing the connectors
Fix the connectors , which stick from CPU board , with the board for connector.
Attach the two connectors with the board for connector1
Attach LPT connector , serial connector and VGA connector with the board for connector2.
Attch the PS2-mouse-keyboard-connector and the Ethernet-connector with the board for connector3 by using the screws.
It is recommended to place the connectors and cables above or below of CPU board.
Place the conector board in the inside of pole as if it looks like the bridge.
Attch the board for connector by using two M3-6mm-screws ,two M3-10mm-screws and four M3-nuts.
Feel free to determine where the board1-3 puts , but it is recommened to place them in back because there are much room to place.
2.7.Fixing the bumpers
Fix the bumper around the edeg of upper chassis.
Fix two hinges on bumper by using four M3-8mm-screws and four M3-nuts.
Fix the hinge in the under side of upper chassis by using four M3-6mm-screws and four M3-nuts.
The connection of lower chassis and upper chassis
Fix 4 post into the hole on the lower chassis by using four M8-nuts.
To connect with upper chassis , pile upper chassis on lower one , then fix them by using four M5-nuts.
Before connection , make sure of haveing conected the cables and the connectors.
